FAQ

  • How can I schedule a consultation?

Consultations can be scheduled by calling (504)208-4454 or filling out the form HERE and a member of our team will reach out with the earliest availablity.

Clinics are held on Wednesday mornings between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.

  • What is the cost for a consultation?

For all referrals and insurance cases, your financial responsibility is based on your office co-pay.

For all cosmetic cases, a $100 consultation fee will be collected one (1) week prior to the appointment. This fee is applied to the surgical fees once a procedure is scheduled.

  • What insurance is accepted?

We accept all major insurance plans, both private and through an employer.

We do not accept Medicaid plans at this time.

As of 10/1/23, we will no longer accept Medicare with the exception of breast reconstruction patients from cancer.

  • Can you provide a price range for services?

Unfortunately, the surgical cost is based on a few factors, including the amount of time it will take to complete the procedure. This can only be determined by an in-person consultation and doctor examination. Upon completing the consultation, a quote will be provided to you, including financing options.

  • What financing options do you provide?

We realize that procedure costs may be out of budget without insurance coverage. CareCredit is an interest-deferred financing option we offer. You can find information on the process and more details HERE. To see if you qualify for financing without a hard credit check, click HERE, choose Cosmetic Surgery, and follow the prompts. Financing options are available from $200 up to $10,000, depending on your credit.

  • How will I know if insurance will cover my procedure?

Typically, a procedure can go through insurance if it is determined that the surgery is medically necessary. After your initial consultation, our office will submit to pre-authorize your procedure as a courtesy to you.

Each insurance provider and policy is different, and you have the right to inquire with your company if surgery will be covered.

  • Do you offer injectables?

Yes! You can schedule an injectable appointment with Dr. Womac during regular clinic hours. The following are available in our office: Botox, Juvederm, Volluma, Vollure, and Vollbella.

  • How can I schedule an injectable appointment?

Injectable appointments can be scheduled on Wednesdays between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. There is a $100 fee to reserve your appointment. That fee will be applied to your services at checkout.

  • I'm interested in a "Botox party". Do you schedule these events?
